In case you want to replace your defective or non-operational product under warranty, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for any products that arrive defective or non-operational within 3 days of the purchase date. Please allow us 3 days for inspection.
Return Policy Conditions
In case the following conditions are not fulfilled, Eyes On Home has the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%.
- All returned products must be in new condition within their original unaltered package (including the UPC code being intact) and include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
- If the return products have any indication of used or damaged, they are not refundable.
- All returned products must be in the factory default configuration and must be accessible with the default username and password.
- Eyes On Home is not accountable for personal data or items left in returned products.
- No returns are accepted after 31 days of the purchase date.
- The customers are always responsible for return shipping costs unless the products arrive damaged or defective.
- We deduct the cost of the pre-paid return label for return products from the refund amount.
- All returns are tested and inspected upon receipt.
