4K sharpness gets you the details you need An 8MP image sensor at the core of this security camera is capable of recording a 4K pixel resolution of 3840 × 2160 at 15 frames-per-second (FPS). With 4× the amount of pixels as a 1080p HD security camera, this camera will not only provide you with incredibly sharp and vivid video, it will also allow for greater digital zooms while reviewing footage. This is because the higher number of pixels will keep distant details decipherable for longer as the digital zoom is applied.
Stop trespassers in their tracks with Active Deterrence A super bright LED, a remotely triggered siren, and two-way audio make this security camera an extremely valuable asset to your IP security system. For example, the LED light can be customized to always be on or triggered by motion. You can also choose a strobe light setting, in addition to setting a schedule for when the deterrence LED should automate. The remote-triggered siren is also designed to stop trespassers right in their tracks. When motion is detected within the sensor range, the system sends an alert to your smartphone, allowing you to remotely access the camera and set off a loud siren to deter crime.
Listen-in Audio and Two-Way Talk A built-in speaker and microphone allows for crystal-clear audio functionality. Listen-in audio recording will add a whole new dimension to your overall security monitoring, as it can provide additional details (like a voice) should an incident occur. This camera also has a speaker that allows you to communicate with others through the camera. * *Audio recording is disabled by default. H.265 / HEVC encoding This security camera is equipped with High-Efficiency Video Encoding (HEVC) or H.265 video compression. This encoding technology efficiently compresses file sizes. In fact, it can compress file sizes up to 50% more than files using the previous encoding technology (H.264), without any noticeable degradation in quality. HEVC encoding will also save you plenty of bandwidth while watching live or recorded video remotely.
Full-color video, even at night There is usually an automatic shift from full color video to black and white when lighting conditions change at night. This is not the case for this security camera. It features our revolutionary Color Night Vision™ (CNV) technology, which will produce full-color video in low-light conditions*, provide a further level of detail (the color of clothes or cars, for example), and add increased contrast for easier detection and recognition of people and objects *Please note that ambient lighting is needed for full-color night vision. The image will typically switch to black and white infrared in total darkness to ensure maximum quality night vision.
Enhanced security monitoring with True HDR Your security camera uses HDR (High Dynamic Range) technology that works to ensure you capture the most important details, regardless of lighting conditions. Dynamic range is measured as the difference between the brightest point and the darkest point of the video. HDR technology uses this difference to automatically adjust the picture's brightness, resulting in optimized, highly-detailed security video.
Easy PoE installation This security camera only needs a single Cat5e ethernet cable to connect it to a compatible NVR. This cable provides video transmission, power to the camera, a stable network connection, and installation flexibility up to 300ft (as the camera does not need to be plugged into a nearby power source).
All-weather security camera An IP66 waterproof rating ensures safe outdoor installations. Furious winds, torrential downpours, and furious snowstorms are no match for this rugged security camera.
